Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Selah handles, how that information is used, what stays on your device, and how to contact us with privacy questions.
Information you provide directly
If you email us for support, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include, such as device details, purchase questions, screenshots, or a description of an issue.
Prayer and journal content
Selah’s prayer and journal content is stored on your device in the current version of the app. We do not operate a cloud account system for syncing your journal entries, and we do not upload your prayer or journal text to Selah servers.
Subscription and purchase information
Selah uses Apple’s in-app purchase system for payments and RevenueCat to manage subscription status, lifetime access, and restore-purchase behavior. We do not receive or store your raw payment card details. Apple and RevenueCat may provide purchase and entitlement information needed to confirm access.
Analytics, attribution, and diagnostics
Selah may use service providers such as RevenueCat, AppsFlyer, and TikTok Business tools to understand subscription performance, attribution, and basic app events. These services may receive device, app, purchase, or event information as needed to provide their functionality. We use this information to operate the app, measure marketing performance, and improve the product.
On-device app state
The app may store lightweight product state on your device, such as progress through the prayer flow, settings, review-prompt state, entitlement snapshots, and local journal data. Removing the app from your device may remove locally stored content unless your device or Apple account provides its own backup behavior.

Children
Selah is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@selahprayer.app so we can review and respond.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask privacy questions or request help with support information you previously sent by email. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings. You can also delete the app to remove app data stored locally on your device, subject to your own device backup settings.
