These terms govern your use of Selah. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Using Selah
Selah helps you return to prayer through a simple daily rhythm of Scripture, stillness, prayer, and optional journaling. You agree to use Selah lawfully and not interfere with the app, its purchase flow, or other users’ access to the service.
Subscriptions and paid access
Selah may offer auto-renewing subscriptions and lifetime access through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Pricing, billing period, renewal terms, trial availability, and included access are shown in the app before purchase. Purchases are charged to your Apple account.
Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Refund requests are handled through Apple according to Apple’s policies.
Restore purchases
If you already purchased access, use the restore-purchases option in the app. Selah uses RevenueCat to help verify subscription and lifetime-access entitlements.
Your journal content
You are responsible for the prayer and journal content you create in Selah. In the current version, journal content is stored on your device and is not uploaded to a Selah cloud account. If you delete the app or lose device data, locally stored content may be lost unless your device backup preserves it.
Not professional advice
Selah is a prayer and reflection product. It is not medical, mental-health, counseling, financial, legal, or other professional advice. If you need professional support, please contact an appropriate qualified professional or emergency service.
Content and intellectual property
Selah’s design, product experience, text, branding, and software are owned by Wyverse Labs or its licensors. Scripture translations and other licensed content may be subject to their own publisher terms and permissions.
Service changes and availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Selah. We work to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Selah and Wyverse Labs are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, access, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.
