Purchase and restore help

If you purchased Selah Pro but do not see access in the app, first try the restore purchases option. If the issue continues, email us with the Apple account region, product type if known, and whether the problem happened during purchase or restore.

Helpful details to include

  • Your device model and iOS version
  • The Selah app version, if visible
  • What happened and what you expected instead
  • Whether the issue is related to purchase, restore, prayer, or journal behavior
  • Screenshots, if they help explain the issue
